Shipping & Returns
The shipment is free of charge for purchases over MXN $ 1000.00 (One thousand Mexican pesos). Applies to all our products within the Mexican Republic.
All shipments are made through our fleet company. In case the customer wants to use another company, the cost runs on their own.
STOCKS
Wheels and Taps, Lean System:
Normally we have a large stock ready to be sent, however, before ordering, we confirm stock with the customer.
Trolleys, Cabinets, Work tables:
These products are manufactured by us. Once the quotation is approved and the payment made, the product will be manufactured and shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
Wheels and Taps, Lean System:
If the product is in stock, the product is shipped no later than 1 business day after payment is made.
In case of not having stock, the delivery time will be agreed with the customer before making the purchase.
Trolleys, Cabinets, Work tables:

Because these products are manufactured by us, the delivery time will depend on the type of product and purchase quantities, therefore, will be agreed with the customer before making the purchase.

Once the quote is approved by the customer, you will receive the bank information to make the payment.
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
All our products are guaranteed against factory defects for one year.
